Common Workflows

11.1 Create a new WPS from
scratch

  1. WPS Designer → + Create New WPS.
  2. Select project, enter WPS number, leave pre-fill empty.
  3. Complete all editor tabs.
  4. Link PQRs on Links tab.
  5. Define approval steps on Approvals tab.
  6. Actions → Submit for Review.
  7. Signatories sign on Approvals tab.
  8. Actions → Final Approve WPS.
  9. Download official PDF via View PDF.

11.2 Deploy master template
to a project

  1. Ensure company master WPS is Approved with
    Master template checked.
  2. On list, click Use for project on the master
    row.
  3. Select target project → Projectkopie maken.
  4. Adjust project-specific details in the copy.
  5. Run review and approve for that project.

11.3 Revise an approved WPS

  1. Open approved WPS → Actions → Create Revision.
  2. Edit the new draft revision.
  3. Submit, sign, and approve again.
  4. Previous revision becomes Superseded upon approval
    of the new one.

11.4 Clone as draft

  1. On any non-archived WPS, click Clone as Draft.
  2. Enter new WPS number when prompted.
  3. Edit the independent copy.

11.5 Archive completed WPS

  1. Open approved WPS → Actions → Archive WPS.
  2. WPS becomes read-only archived; no longer active in daily use.
