Preview and download

From Actions → PDF Export:

• Preview — open PDF in browser
• Download — save PDF file

Multiple PDF templates may appear (marked with * for auto-selected
template based on norm/language).

Official PDF (approved WPS)

After final approval, the system generates an official PDF
with signatures. Access via:

• View PDF button on the WPS list (approved
  rows)
• Actions → PDF Export in the editor
• Regenerate PDF (Export right) if signatures were
  updated

The official document is linked to the legacy WPS register
(wps_method_id) for project use.
